These Terms & Conditions apply to all Membership plans offered by Botanica Hair Therapy. By enrolling in a Membership, you agree to the terms below.

  • Our Membership is a personalised hair and scalp care plan designed to give you consistent results over time.

    Instead of booking random appointments, we guide your hair journey with a structured plan tailored to your needs.

  • We assess your scalp and hair, then create a treatment plan for you.

    Your services are spread across your Membership period (6 or 12 months), so your hair stays healthy, strong and maintained consistently.

  • As a member, you’ll receive:

    • Exclusive discounted pricing (better value than casual bookings)
    • A personalised treatment plan
    • Ongoing hair & scalp maintenance
    • Bonus services and exclusive perks
    • Priority booking access

  • Our Membership is fully personalised.

    We create your plan based on your hair needs and routine, so it can include any services you do regularly.

    This may include:

    • Treatments
    • Hair colour
    • Haircuts
    • Blow-dries

    Whether you’re maintaining your colour, focusing on scalp health or simply want regular care, we tailor everything to suit you.

  • our Membership is split into smaller, manageable payments.

    You can choose to pay:

    • Weekly
    • Fortnightly
    • Monthly

    All payments are processed automatically.

  • No, the Membership is designed for ongoing care, not to split the cost of a single service.

  • Yes.
    All services must be used within your Membership period (6 or 12 months).
    Unused services do not roll over.

  • No, memberships are personal and non-transferable.

  • If a payment fails, your Membership may be temporarily paused until it’s resolved.

    Late fees may apply through the payment platform.

  • Yes, however:

    • Your discount will be removed
    • Services used will be recalculated at full price
    • A 20% cancellation fee applies

    Any remaining balance may be issued as store credit (valid for 6 months).

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice.

    If you cancel late or don’t show up, the service will be deducted from your Membership.

  • Depending on your plan, your Membership may include:

    • Hair treatments
    • Hair colour
    • Haircuts
    • Blow-dries

    Not included:

    • Brazilian Keratin
    • Hair Botox
